Our solutions are tailored to deliver high impact along the entire customer decision journey, from B2B and B2C, e-commerce and campaign, to immersive experiences and activations using the latest XR platforms and devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be responsible for managing the production process from pre-production to post-production, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest possible quality.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the Creative Director, and other members of the CG production team to create and implement a production plan for each project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the production schedule, budget, and resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest possible quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee the project production process, ensuring that the entire team has the resources and support they need to complete their work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other external partners, ensuring that they are kept informed of project progress and that their needs are met.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify potential production issues and work proactively to resolve them before they become major problems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage project budgets, forecasting, and reporting on financials for the project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the project is delivered according to the quality and creative vision of the director.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Strong creative vision and ability to guide projects from concept to completion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In-depth knowledge of animation software and tools, such as Maya, Houdini, or Blender<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with the latest industry trends and techniques, such as motion capture and virtual production<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>At least 3 years of experience in CG animation production with a focus on project management or CG production.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and leading teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong organisational skills with experience in managing production schedules, budgets, and resources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of CG animation production pipelines, software, and hardware.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide creative solutions under tight deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A passion for CG, storytelling, and animation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are a proactive, motivated Project Manager with a passion for CG Animation and are looking for a challenging opportunity, we would like to meet you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/happyfinish.bamboohr.com\/careers\/101?source=aWQ9Ng%3D%3D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">apply Now<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you a driven and creative individual with a passion for art and tech?\u00a0Our studio is seeking an experienced Project Manager in CG Animation who can manage and oversee the production of high-quality animated content.
