To amplify EE’s Wembley Stadium sponsorship, Happy Finish developed a WebAR shopping experience for England fans.

Leveraging the power of EE’s 5G network and 8thWall’s WebAR technology, fans visiting Wembley Stadium for England’s friendly games were able to explore and purchase England merchandise in a completely new and immersive way.

Guided by their personal shopper, an AR avatar of Trent Alexander-Arnold, fans were able to ‘try before they buy’. The AR technology allows visitors to view products from a range of different angles, which can be manipulated by pinching and rotating premium 3D models.

As a takeaway, fans leaving the store were able to capture a selfie with Trent at the end of the experience.
